At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician - Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed mental health services to children and youth who have experienced trauma and are in need of support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group counseling services to children and youth
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to address the unique needs of each child or youth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide crisis intervention services and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5 years of direct clinical experience working with children and youth
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
