Job Title: Bilingual Clinician - Mental Health Specialist

At National Youth Advocate Program, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinician - Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed mental health services to children and youth who have experienced trauma and are in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group counseling services to children and youth
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address the unique needs of each child or youth
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide crisis intervention services and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5 years of direct clinical experience working with children and youth
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
