Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver customized product-based business solutions using a tailored methodology and work products.
- Lead or monitor the product implementation process, ensuring that the solution is sound, appropriate, and cost-justified.
- Provide strategic product advice to clients on deploying business productivity, system-to-system, and end-user applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clients.
- 8+ years of experience in product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations.
- Experience with Healthcare IT, Medicaid, and Payer systems is desired.
- Experience with Claims Adjudication and Processing systems, including a great understanding of the QNXT Framework and its SQL Server data model.
- Strong knowledge of.NET Framework,.NET 8.0 applied to Web Forms, Web Services, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, SDLC.
