Our Due Diligence Program is recognized as one of the most comprehensive in the eastern United States, and we are continuously broadening our reach. We cater to a variety of clients, including municipalities, developers, legal professionals, and financial institutions, each requiring tailored and innovative solutions. In addition to environmental due diligence, our services encompass construction risk assessments, including Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Construction Draw Inspections. The growth and scope of our program present a unique opportunity for professional development, allowing you to collaborate with some of the most experienced professionals in the environmental consulting field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen ESAs, and Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA) reports under the guidance of senior staff and Project Managers.
  • Assist in conducting Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Construction Draw Inspections with the support of senior construction risk staff.
  • Conduct site evaluations across various locations for diverse environmental and construction-related due diligence projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret historical, regulatory, and municipal documentation.
  • Communicate findings to team leaders and aid in assessing environmental and construction-related risks.
  • Independently oversee due diligence projects and adhere to established timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Quire software is advantageous.
  • Experience in environmental and construction-related due diligence, including Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screen ESAs, Phase II ESAs, Property Condition Assessments, and Draw Inspections is preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and time management skills are essential.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $38,000 - $42,000 annually. The specific salary offered will depend on various factors, including the candidate's relevant experience and educational background.
