Critical Care Nurse

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication and collaboration strategies.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures to achieve best practice outcomes, supporting efficient and effective use of human and material resources.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Required: Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and hold basic computer skills.
