Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Wellstar Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - Critical Care to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in critical care nursing.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or compact state.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in critical care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
