Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct laboratory tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition Compact State.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
