Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in performing routine maintenance and major inspections on corporate aircraft, including troubleshooting, repair, and modification of aircraft components and engines.
  • Coordinate and delegate assignments to technicians, providing technical guidance and instruction on proper mechanical procedures and techniques.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, making sound decisions, and taking expedient action to resolve issues.
  • Perform inspections, analyze technical problems, and determine causes and methods of repair.
  • Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and written and verbal information to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an A&P Mechanic in corporate aviation
  • Two years' experience in electronics and/or avionics in the aviation industry or military equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to supervise others, train less experienced mechanics, and lead on road trips
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface with customers and employees
