About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Care Services Coordinator at Saint Vincent Hospital. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our nursing unit team, ensuring that patient care services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units
- Evaluate unit nursing care and performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Assist in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for unit staff members
Requirements:
- Academic degree in nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation, or policy
