Role Overview:

The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the assembly and verification of various components and systems. This position requires a keen attention to detail and adherence to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various components, sub-components, and wiring systems based on detailed mechanical schematics.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of assembled parts to ensure compliance with technical drawings.
  • Maintain necessary certifications as mandated by specific technical directives or engineering specifications.
  • Interpret and work from detailed configuration schematics, wiring lists, and connection diagrams to ensure accurate inter-system connections.
  • Customize and fabricate cable assemblies as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Install cable assemblies utilizing standard practices, ensuring proper routing and service loops are incorporated.
  • Employ hand tools and portable power tools to execute wire connections and terminal installations effectively.
  • Undertake additional related tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
  • Utilize general-purpose visual and auditory testing equipment to confirm the accuracy of completed work.
  • Collaborate with senior assemblers and engineering staff to enhance overall project execution, leveraging personal expertise and training.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is essential.
