Job Title: Developmental Therapies Site Supervisor

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developmental Therapies Site Supervisor to lead our multi-disciplinary team of Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Music Therapists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developmental therapists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily on-site operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or doctorate in a related field.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech and Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Music Therapist, or Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a clinician, with a strong desire to grow leadership skills.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a clinical setting, with a focus on process improvement, patient impact, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, set goals, and drive results.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience working with pediatric populations, including individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
