Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative/Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at NVT Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing debt payments from a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients and stakeholders
  • Individual claims settlement and resolution of cases
  • Work with our database to manage and analyze client information
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Work experience in a call center or consulting firm, preferably in non-performing loan and asset recovery management
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and present creative solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
