About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a member of our outpatient behavioral health services team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health counseling services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records of patient observations and progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide patients with information and resources regarding community-based therapeutic activities and services.
Requirements
  • Licensure: One or more of the following licenses are required: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a similar credential from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
