Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our primary care team, you'll be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional with a passion for human-centered primary care. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilize your clinical training and expertise, and participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your clinical training and expertise to provide high-quality care
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date
