Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year of experience in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date
- A competitive salary range of $140,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule
