Progressive Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.
As a Progressive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and use medical equipment as needed.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
- National Certification in area of specialty.
