Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Consultant to provide integrated architecture support for our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian solutions, Agile methodology, and technical design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
- Support design, development, and test activities
- Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives
- Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
- Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement
- Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools
- Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources
- 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts
