Key Responsibilities:

As a seasoned veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive clinical care while on shift at various hospital locations. You will adapt seamlessly to different practice environments and collaborate with a variety of teams. You will exhibit a high level of empathy, tailoring your approach and treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each hospital's team and clientele.

Maintain a positive and resilient mindset, with a strong desire to support and uplift others. You will travel locally on a weekly basis to different practice locations. Prior experience in leadership or mentorship is highly valued.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university. Ability to hold or obtain a veterinary license in good standing in the states where our practices are located. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to delegate responsibilities appropriately.

Proficiency in analyzing complex information and making decisions that respect the needs of all stakeholders. Capability to work effectively with, lead, and motivate individuals with varying personality types. Excellent time management skills. Professional conduct that reflects the importance of the Veterinarian position. Ability to represent and our practices positively within the profession and the community.
