About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Eye Care Professional to join our team at Clear Sight Partners, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies in the optical industry, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Frame Selection and Fitting: Assist customers in selecting the perfect frames, and ensure a proper fit through adjustments and measurements.
  • Order Processing: Prepare and submit orders to the lab for manufacturing, and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and assisting with special orders and referrals.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing role.
  • Optical Experience: While not required, experience in the optical industry is highly desirable.
