Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Home Care and Hospice team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in our Home Care and Hospice programs.
Key Responsibilities- Attain targeted volumes by building new client accounts, increasing volumes, servicing established accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships with current and prospective clients in our Home Care and Hospice programs.
- Achieve growth targets and meet projected targets by developing a quarterly sales strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-volume accounts, and planning and executing specific strategies to meet targeted goals.
- Meet productivity standards for our product line by providing reports to management and operations as requested.
- Demonstrate professional sales skills, including successfully demonstrating each step of the sales call process, identifying and overcoming barriers, and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the features and benefits of our Home Care and Hospice programs, as well as the ability to explain these to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an awareness of targeted industry market trends, types of products and services utilized, markets served, external influences, and overall related challenges.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Associate's Degree
- Two (2) Years Sales Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Platform Sales Presentation Skills
- Hospice or Infusion Sales Experience
