Job Summary

The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the highest sanitation levels for all items used in our events. This includes washing and sanitizing tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The ideal candidate will have excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled. During slow periods, the Dishwasher will assist with small prep tasks as assigned.



This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $13 to $15, plus benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Part-time employees are also eligible for accrued paid leave.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure all items are sanitized to the highest standards, free from contamination risk.
  • Implement M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
