Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health interviews, screenings, and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling, as well as case management services
  • Prepare documentation and reports according to organizational standards
  • Consult with security, medical, and other departments as needed
  • Respond to psychological emergencies and provide crisis intervention
