Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating applications and documentation submitted by clients
  • Preparing necessary documents, including credit applications
  • Coordinating the submission of required paperwork
  • Making decisions on application approvals or rejections
  • Ensuring all documents are accurately completed
  • Inputting data from documents into software systems
  • Following up with clients to gather all essential information
  • Conducting third-party verifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in processing
  • Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in application screenings, audits, and third-party verifications
  • Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs
  • Experience in preparing files for approval
  • Proficiency with Yardi software
  • Knowledge of Rightsource
  • Experience with Senior 202 programs
  • Familiarity with Multi-Use properties
  • Experience with Project-Based Section 8
  • LIHTC experience
  • Ability to navigate various computer systems and applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to meet high production and quality standards
  • Ability to listen effectively and gather information
  • Skills in reading, analyzing, and interpreting documents and reports
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
