Job Overview

LACO Technologies is a leading-edge technology company serving the Aerospace, Automotive, Medical/Pharmaceutical, and other technology industries. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join our team.

This is a key position that requires the ability to follow instructions, know basic electrical panel assembly, and be good at working with tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for building electrical panels and performing the wiring of system components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build electrical panels and perform the wiring of system components
  • Interpret data from electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics
  • Layout specifications for fabrication and modifications on metal enclosures
  • Mount electrical components, including circuit breakers, transformers, relays, contactors, terminals, input/output devices, and related industrial control devices
  • Wiring of electrical components and cable assemblies
  • Rely on prior experience to make wiring decisions related to size, color, and routing
  • Solder connections and crimp connectors to wire ends
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of electronic assembly, panel or controller building, and testing
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
