**Job Summary**
Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as self-care, job supports, and recreational activities.
- Transport clients to appointments as needed.
- Act as a job advocate and support client employment goals.
- Assist with feeding and hygiene as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Current CPR training.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour.
- Guaranteed schedule of 45 hours per week.
- Overtime pay at $15.00 per hour.
- Unworked overtime pay for perfect attendance.
Work Schedule:
Thursday 1am to 7am and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7pm to 7am.
