Key Responsibilities- Advocate for nursing personnel, patients, and family members, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and services that promote patient-centered care and optimal healthcare environments.
- Collaborate with staff to identify evidence-based interventions that reflect current scientific knowledge and promote continuity of care.
- Perform and evaluate interventions to improve quality of care and nursing practice, ensuring that patient and family needs are met.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, investigating and evaluating interventions to improve quality of care and nursing practice.
- Support the preparation for regulatory agency visits, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Master's degree in healthcare or a related field.
- Certification in Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN), Basic Life Sciences (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Valid state Nursing License.
- 2 years of experience as a clinical specialist or relevant experience.
