We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admissions Host at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. As a key member of our attractions team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service, presentation, and product knowledge to ensure that our guests receive an optimal experience.
  • Manage queue lines in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales approach to maximize sales goal targets.
  • Ensure that all public areas are well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department's operating plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies, practices, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions.
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
