Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to provide top-notch patient care and contribute to the success of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in MN
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • New Graduate or years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
