Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Current dental hygienist license in MN
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
- CPR Certification
- New Graduate or years of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Competitive hourly rate + bonus + great benefits
- Full-time or part-time options: 3 or 4 days/week, 7-2
