Job Summary:

Metro Dentalcare Osseo is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our team's success.

About the Role:

As a Dental Hygienist at Metro Dentalcare Osseo, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental hygiene services to our patients. You will work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
