Job Summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Joint Sustainment Logistics Analyst to join our team in Suffolk, Virginia. As a key member of our Deployable Training Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the Joint Staff J7 in providing joint training to enhance the operational effectiveness of the current and future joint force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training in the Joint Sustainment process, with a focus on strategic and operational levels.
  • Contribute to and provide functional continuity in the Deployable Training Division's Plans, Intel, and Sustainment Section.
  • Mentor and train new Observer Trainers (OTs) and Analyst Trainers (ATs).
  • Participate in Deployable Training Teams (DTTs) observing, training, and providing feedback to commanders and their staffs during joint and multinational exercises.
  • Conduct cross-functional analysis of information gathered from joint exercises and training events for the development of lessons learned, insights, and best practices.
  • Research national strategic documents, historical exercise documents, and real-world operations to inform strategic thought and direction.
  • Develop and facilitate seminars for the National Defense University's Senior Leader Education Program Joint Operations Modules.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in Joint Sustainment planning.
  • Ability to write concisely at an executive level.
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's plus 4 years of experience.
  • Joint Forces Staff College or Service equivalent.
  • Must be willing to travel worldwide, including areas considered hazardous duty.
  • S. Citizen with an active Secret level security clearance, upgradeable to Top Secret.
