Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, tracks, and communicates project status and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Responsible for identifying risks, formulating mitigation strategies, and ensuring effective communication regarding risks for both self-performed and subcontracted activities throughout all project phases.
  • Provides project management expertise to team members and field engineers, acting as the process manager.
  • Ensures alignment of team objectives, roles, protocols, and business relationships with high-performance standards and the company's strategic goals.
  • Encourages accountability within the team and offers constructive feedback and support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or managing large-scale telecommunications projects.
  • Proficient in Critical Path Scheduling software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.
  • Ability to tackle moderately complex problems effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred but not mandatory; relevant project experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
