We are currently seeking a Field Project Management Coordinator to support our telecom initiatives. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Management Team and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, tracks, and communicates project status and performance metrics to the management team.
- Responsible for identifying risks, formulating mitigation strategies, and ensuring effective communication regarding risks for both self-performed and subcontracted activities throughout all project phases.
- Provides project management expertise to team members and field engineers, acting as the process manager.
- Ensures alignment of team objectives, roles, protocols, and business relationships with high-performance standards and the company's strategic goals.
- Encourages accountability within the team and offers constructive feedback and support.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or managing large-scale telecommunications projects.
- Proficient in Critical Path Scheduling software and the MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.
- Ability to tackle moderately complex problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred but not mandatory; relevant project experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
