The Solar Repair Technician Lead position is a key role within Purelight Power, responsible for leading a team in the repair and maintenance of roof and ground-mounted solar systems. This individual will be expected to follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of solar repair technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mount solar PV systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and warehouses.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a solar installer.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs up to a 45-degree pitch.
- Insurance-approved driving record and driver's license required.
Competitive hourly wage of $50-$60.
