About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in endodontics, with a Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited advanced dental education program or equivalent recognized by the American Dental Association. They will be responsible for providing high-quality endodontic care to patients, working closely with our team of clinicians and administrators to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert endodontic care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedure execution
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure effective patient care and communication
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our practice, including mentoring and training junior staff members
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $10,000/month for the first 6 months or 40% of collections, whichever is greater. Additionally, we provide a signing bonus of $20,000, relocation package up to $10k, and a path to partnership at 24 months. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a 2023 Carestream 9600 CBCT high-def image, Zeiss microscopes, and Prime Scan IOS.
