Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate/Material Handler/Donation Attendant. This role is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the area in and around the CCC trailer/pod, assisting donors with the removal of donated items, and separating and sorting donated materials into proper containers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean the area in and around the CCC trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist donors with the removal of donated items and provide receipts.
  • Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers and stack them as instructed by the CCC supervisor.
  • Assist TSA drivers/PAs with loading donations onto trucks as necessary.
  • Inform the CCC supervisor of needed items prior to running out.
  • Secure and lock the CCC trailer/pod at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain good relations with property or store managers.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CCC Supervisor or Transportation Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and donors.
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
