We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at BlueSprig. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide training and support to RBTs and other staff members
- Competitive Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 + Individual Performance Bonus paid monthly (up to $14,400 per year)

- Professional Development Opportunities, including over 100 FREE CEUs and a professional development stipend of up to $1,000
- Flexible Scheduling with up to 1 day per week remote capability after becoming established
