Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Family Self-Sufficiency Program in accordance with 24 CFR 984
  • Develop and maintain individualized action plans for program participants
  • Build partnerships with employers, service providers, and community organizations to support program participants
  • Provide coaching, case management, and referrals to services and training to help participants achieve their goals
  • Monitor participant progress, identify barriers to advancement, and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Ensure compliance with program regulations and maintain accurate records
