Housing Support Specialist

Catholic Charities of San Francisco seeks a motivated and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with clients to provide individualized support services, ensuring they achieve their goals and maintain stable housing.

About the Role:

  • Provide benefits advocacy, support services for physical and mental health, and problem-solving to individuals in need.
  • Assist clients in accessing the HOPWA Rent Subsidy Program or other applicable housing opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with program staff to design and implement program operations and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry to support Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with a minimum of two years of directly related experience in case management.
  • Strong knowledge of substance disorders and associated health issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary Range:$27.19-$27.74 per hour, based on experience.
