  • Ability to multitask and transition between tasks efficiently.
  • Completion of all required training sessions and attendance at mandatory team meetings.
  • Flexibility to perform other assigned duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic written and verbal communication in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proximity to the office for orientation and training is necessary.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check is required.

Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.
