Job Summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern California is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary conditions throughout the facilities.
  • Ensure custodial equipment and supplies are in neat and orderly condition.
  • Interact cooperatively with Goodwill staff and customers.
  • Immediately advise supervisor of any changes in contract requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
