Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team in Southern Colorado. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various units and facilities across the region, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, critical care, and procedural units.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado or participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with a commitment to pursuing a BSN.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a relevant unit type or specialty area.
