Exciting Opportunity: Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to enhance our operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment in a dynamic, improvement-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

• **Shift:** Afternoon - 3pm to 11pm (includes a $1.00/hr shift premium)

• **Competitive Compensation:** Starting pay at $30/hour and up, based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electromechanical Technician, you will:
  • Maintain and enhance the efficiency of production machinery and equipment.
  • Set up, install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure proper functioning and perform preventative maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Perform diverse duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
  • Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and reading mechanical drawings.
