We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Client Support Specialist to assist our clients in navigating their healthcare and pension plans.

Position Overview:

  • In this role, you will guide our client's plan participants through the processes of enrollment and updates regarding their benefits.
  • Your ability to connect with participants swiftly and respond with empathy and precision via various communication channels will be essential.
  • Adapting your communication style to suit diverse personalities, you will handle sensitive information with care, adhering to HIPAA and Data Privacy regulations, while clearly explaining intricate plan details.
  • By understanding our client's plan documents and tools, you will gather pertinent information to address immediate needs and anticipate future requirements.
  • It is vital to follow established company protocols, provide accurate information, and maintain comprehensive records of all interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in a customer service environment, with a focus on grammatical accuracy.
  • Adept at quickly assessing client concerns and formulating effective solutions through analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a structured setting, adhering to schedules, breaks, and operational protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking, and proficient in organizing work responsibilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and skilled in managing multiple computer applications for simultaneous communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-motivated team atmosphere.
  • Comfortable in virtual work settings, including online training and communication with supervisors through chat.
  • Competent in understanding and executing both oral and written instructions.
  • Typing proficiency of 30 words per minute.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (No Weekends) with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, potentially extending to 9:00 PM CST.
