Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As a RN with Aveanna, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Assess patient needs and report changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- One (1) year of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
