\tOperational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
\tLeading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service.
\tStore opening and closing responsibilities.
\tDriving sales through customer service and report analysis.
Qualifications:
\tMust have 5 years of retail management experience.
\tStrong organizational and leadership skills and interpersonal/communication skills; as well as problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
\tEnthusiasm and initiative are key.
\tAbility to provide our customers with a high level of service, as well as train and motivate the staff to do the same.
\tBuild enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
\tMerchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.
\tAvailability to work any hours the store is open.
