Shifts available include 6am-2:30pm and 11am-7:30pm, with flexible weekend rotations. Both Full Time and Part Time roles are offered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft both hot and cold dishes, including tasks at the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line.
- Prepare meals from scratch for a large volume of residents, demonstrating expertise in various cooking techniques such as grilling, baking, and boiling.
- Ensure accurate preparation, portioning, and serving of meals in accordance with menu specifications and standardized recipes.
- Taste and assess food to ensure quality and flavor.
- Identify food and supply requirements based on menu offerings and dietary considerations.
- Effectively communicate any changes or shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a senior living environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of production methods, portion control, and food safety protocols is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and presentation of food is crucial.
- Availability to work alternating weekends and rotating holidays is necessary.
