Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Leveraging over 8 years of robust software engineering experience, particularly in Java versions 6 and above, while staying updated with the latest Java features (8/9).
  • Designing and implementing microservices architecture.
  • Utilizing Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks effectively.
  • Working with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
  • Integrating with technologies such as Neo4J, Google Cloud Platform, and Kafka, which are advantageous.
  • Engaging with various data platforms, both relational and NoSQL, along with messaging systems.
  • Writing high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive automated unit test coverage.
  • Establishing and enforcing design standards, patterns, and quality metrics tailored to the solutions.
  • Demonstrating a strong willingness to learn new technologies swiftly.
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interacting effectively with clients and collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in front-end development technologies.
  • Proven track record in creating high-performance applications, including profiling and optimization.
  • Familiarity with API management and tools like Swagger.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Understanding of various infrastructure setups, both on-premise and cloud-based.
