Job Description

The Search Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing evaluation operations, driving insights and optimization, and process improvement. This role involves reading, viewing, listening, and examining user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.



Responsibilities

  • Manage Evaluation Operations: Oversee the evaluation job and ensure timely and high-quality completion of product evaluations. Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
  • Drive Insights and Optimization: Participate in various product research, analyze evaluation data to identify product opportunities for improvement, and provide valuable business insights.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the workstream for various evaluation tasks, including but not limited to evaluation guidelines, training, tools, data, efficiency, and accuracy management based on business goals.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage evaluation projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver objectives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with search engine evaluation methods, and experienced in product evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management and communication coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with all parties to achieve goals.


Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:



  • Knowledge about TikTok and search engines, familiarity with social media and video/streaming platforms.
  • An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.
