About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our team at Power Digital. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing on our Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts. You will be a seasoned expert at PPC, GDN, Google Shopping, Google UAC, and should hit the ground running. Additionally, experience in SEO optimization marketing and/or programmatic marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Fully manage Google Ads accounts from ideation to execution
Provide detailed reports to CMO of account performance
Communicate with the team about strategy, performance, and other related metrics and requests
Spearhead the improvement of PPC strategies and quality of work delivered for our brand
Stay informed of industry and channel developments, trends, best practices, and strategies
Create, monitor, and optimize paid text and video search campaigns within Google, and Bing
Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and other tools to gain insights to make informed and strategic adjustments
Actively test and analyze keywords, bid management, ad copy, and landing pages through usage of A/B testing
Develop landing pages for each campaign or assist with specific direction of their development to improve conversions
Communicate regularly with team members on campaign developments, deliverables, and performance
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and make recommendations based on KPI's, ROI, and other various metrics
Continuously look at avenues to increase performance and experiment with different methods driving traffic and leads

Requirements:

Expert experience with Google Ads & Bing Ads required
Expert experience with Search, GDN, UAC, across several verticals required
Expert experience with Excel or Google Sheets required
Expert experience with Google Analytics required
Proficiency with other analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude preferred
2+ years managing paid media budgets of $50k+ per month required
1+ years in a client facing, customer success, or sales role preferred
