Compensation: Salary Range of $66,500 - $70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all brand standards
  • Oversee team member training and manage service support teams
  • Lead operational staff during scheduled shifts
  • Maintain professional communication across all departments
  • Direct all aspects of Front of House Operations
  • Foster strong relationships with Back of House teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience
  • Utilize available data to analyze and report on store performance
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling and check balancing procedures
  • Implement inventory and cost control measures weekly

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with restaurant/bar activity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with mathematical proficiency
  • Physical stamina to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
