Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at University Home Care in Livonia, Michigan. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefits Administration: Ensure accuracy and compliance in administering and managing employee benefits.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
- Training and Development: Assist in training and developing employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
- Prior Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR role is essential.
- Laws and Regulations: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Competitive Salary: An estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
