Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hotel equipment and systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance and repairs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with hotel staff, management, and guests to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets high standards of quality and safety.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field is required.
- Education: Vocational training, associate's degree, certification, or apprenticeship in a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: $24.70-$29.63 DOE
